What is it about autumn, that you like most?

I love everything about autumn. The slow transition into winter and the sunshine that sometimes appears just after a dark day and the fiery oranges and yellows all around, the smell of the grass after the rain and the rainbows on the horizon.

What is your favourite kind of rain?

I live in the desert. Any rain is good rain, be it a heavy summer monsoon or a light autumn drizzle.

What is it about autumn, that you like most?
One of the best thing in Autumn is the cooler weather, I find myself smiling and feeling uplifted as soon as the cold breezes start to come in September or October. There are few things I enjoy as much as a long walk when the weather is cool and crisp, but there are lots of other things I like about fall, too. I love the changing colours on the trees and the beginning of a new season with its projects and promises to be fulfilled.

What is it about autumn, that you like most?

I spent my younger years in southern California where it was about the same temperature and weather conditions through every season.  Now that I live in Washington, I love the change of seasons when all the trees turn red and gold and the air is crisp.  It's also my season of pumpkin spice lattes and scarves...lots and lots of scarves.

What is it about summer, that you like most?

We like summer for long sunny days and warm weather. This is great time for walking in the forests and parks, swimming in the lake, spend evenings looking at the stars and getting new inspiration to create original art works.

Where did you spend summer vacations, when you were a child. What are your favourite memories of that time?

When we were children we often spent summer vocations at the village with grandparents. It was sweet children time when you can play all day. It was great chance to escape from the city bustle for several months and enjoy calm environment.

What is it about summer, that you like most?

I like most of the summer the long day's light. Spending more time outside, having my morning coffee in the garden, making holiday plans and plan to do some studio work outside.

Where did you spend summer vacations, when you were a child? What are your favourite memories of that time?

As a child we spend many vacations in the mountains in Europe (the Alps or Scandinavia) The best memories I have is that we as a family spend some nice and cosy weeks together. We made walks through flower fields, rivers & snow, camping wild, see wildlife close by and at the end of the holiday we always made cheese fondue.

What is it about summer, that you like most?

Sandals! I love wearing sandals.

Where did you spend summer vacations, when you were a child. What are your favourite memories of that time?

I spent many of my summer vacations in Madeira Island, a Portuguese island in the coast of Morocco where my mother's family lives. One of the memories I treasure most is drinking Clementine tea made by my grandmother every night before going to sleep - we would pick the leaves every night and the tea would always be accompanied by the village's baker special cookies!

What is it about summer, that you like most?

The smells! The sequence in which the various flowers come to bloom during the summer.

Do you have any story to tell, about something special, that happened to you in summer?

All three of us had a great summer together once, in a small village in Hungary, by a lake, sharing a wee house with a few students, and spending the days just crafting/teaching – weaving, braiding, felting, basket making, filling the evenings with amazing meals made from local produce, drinking milk from the cows next door!

What is it about summer, that you like most?

What I most love about the summer is the heat. I love heat in it's all variations and prefer it to the cold. 

Where did you spend summer vacations, when you were a child? What are your favourite memories of that time?

When I was a child we lived in a city called Natanya, located by the sea. When I was 8 I was dancing in the middle of a city central square during the whole summer. It was a magical period for me.

What is it about summer, that you like most?

I guess what I like most about summer is the impression that everything gets warmed up by the sun after waking up from a beauty sleep. It all happens outdoors and you can make bicycle tours and have a picnic on a meadow full of flowers. That´s unbeatable to me. I love to cook and bake and the variety of freshly reaped fruits and vegetables from the garden is wonderful.

I find summer very inspiring. I can't stop admiring, how everything that surrounds us blossoms from a little seed. I look forward to every summer. It's the time when I get to spend time with my family away from the busy streets of the city and enjoy the summer sea breeze.

What is it about summer, that you like most?

All the flowers! There are so many sweetpeas in our front garden, given to us by a neighbour, and they smell so lovely.

What is it about summer, that you like most?

I love summer because I can spend much more time outdoors and stay in contact with nature. I like walks on the beach with my dog ​​and in the evening go canoeing on the calm waters of Garda lake, where the mountains are mirrored. It is a moment for great inspirations and relax!

Where did you spend summer vacations, when you were a child? What are your favourite memories of that time?

When I was a child my family often went camping in Puglia region in southern Italy. I remember the unique scent of the woods of maritime pines that grow along the coasts and the song of cicadas. Marvelous places! 

Do you have any story to tell, about something special, that happend to you in summer?

I fell in love with my partner in the summer of '94!
